Recently awarded a PhD degree from a domestic or international institution and not yet formally employed

Under 40 years of age, in good health, and demonstrating excellence in both personal and academic qualities

Specialization in a similar discipline and research area

Completed "Postdoctoral Application Form"

Recommendation letters from two experts in the relevant academic field

Copy of PhD degree certificate or defense decision accompanied by certification from the degree-granting office

Letter of consent and evaluation from the graduate institution or previous employer, agreeing to the postdoctoral appointment

Copy of personal identification card or passport

Physical examination certificate from a county-level or above hospital or a physical examination report from the time of completing the doctoral program

The Academic Expert Committee designates a 5-person expert evaluation panel

The applicant presents an oral report to the evaluation panel outlining the work plan for the postdoctoral appointment

After the evaluation, the panel proposes a list of candidates to be admitted and assigns mentoring experts

The list is submitted to the Haidian Park Postdoctoral Management Committee for approval

Upon selecting the final candidates, the "Agreement on Joint Training of Postdoctoral Researchers" is signed

Once the Haidian Park Management Committee receives approval from the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, an admission notice and relevant materials are issued, and the candidate is notified.

If a candidate who has failed to report on time still wishes to pursue a postdoctoral position, they will be required to submit a new application and go through the entire selection process again.

Prior to joining the postdoctoral program, all admitted researchers must sign a Work Agreement.
