In response to the spirit of the No. 1 Central Document and to deeply implement the expansion and acceleration of biological breeding industrialization, Dabeinong Biotechnology held the 2024 Spring FARMAX Technology Online Exchange Meeting on February 28, 2024. Over 200 research representatives from Dabeinong's partners, including provincial and municipal agricultural academies and various seed companies, participated in the discussion. The meeting focused on transgenic variety trials, backcross breeding technology, and quality management. Participants discussed in detail the trial process and material preparation for transgenic varieties in 2024, approval requirements, problems encountered in the 2023 trials, and backcross breeding technology routes and quality management. The exchange solidly promoted the development of biological breeding industrialization.

Mr. Peng Shaohui, Director of Dabeinong Biotechnology's Product Cooperation Department, hosted the meeting. He also highlighted problems from the 2023 trials and precautions for 2024, aiming to help participants learn from experience, make timely adjustments, and improve variety trial pass rates.

Following this, Mr. Yu Zhaopeng, a technical expert from Dabeinong Biotechnology, shared strategies and methods for high-quality, efficient backcross breeding. From a professional perspective, he analyzed current issues and precautions in transgenic backcross breeding and proposed targeted technical solutions to strongly support the transformation and implementation of biological breeding.
